About Ryan G. Blount
RYAN G. BLOUNT practices in the areas of government and commercial contracting and litigation, general civil litigation, municipal law and litigation, employment law and litigation, commercial law and litigation, corporate law, railroad law, and construction litigation. He is licensed to practice in the Northern Federal District Court of Alabama and the United States Court of Appeals for the Eleventh Circuit, as well as all Alabama state courts. He has also represented government defense contractors before the Armed Services Board of Contract Appeals. He received his J.D. degree, cum laude, from the Tulane School of Law and also holds a B.A. degree, cum laude, from Tulane University. He is a member of the Alabama State Bar; the Federal Bar Association; the Huntsville Madison-County Bar Association; the Society for Human Resource Management; and the National Contract Management Association (NCMA), where he is a Certified Commercial Contracts Manager. Mr. Blount has lectured and published materials on topics relating to government and commercial contracting, international contracting, supply chain management, and employment law. He has presented on multiple topics at NCMA’s annual World Congress event.
About Jeffrey L. Roth
JEFFREY L. ROTH Mr. Roth practices in the areas of employment law; commercial and contract law; general corporate law; business transactional and regulatory law; and governmental contracting. For twenty years previous to joining F&B Law Firm P.C., Mr. Roth held senior in-house corporate counsel positions with numerous international electronic manufacturing firms, including Avco Electronics TEXTRON; AVEX Electronics, Inc.; Benchmark Electronics, Inc.; and Sanmina-SCI Corporation. As in-house corporate counsel, Mr. Roth served as a global corporate resource for management in the areas of human resources; intellectual property; supply chain management; mergers and acquisitions; contract negotiation; and dispute resolution. Mr. Roth is admitted to practice law in the states of Alabama and Ohio, before many federal courts including the United States Court of Federal Claims, and is a member of various industry organizations, including the Society for Human Resources Management, and the National Contract Management Association, from which he holds a Lifetime Certified Professional Contract Manager certification. Mr. Roth holds a Juris Doctor from the University of Dayton, and a Bachelor of Science from the University of Cincinnati in business administration.
